Placement is the lifeline of any institution.
The College has a Placement Cell, which helps the students secure
placement. Principal is the Coordinator of the Cell and there is a Placement Officer for the specific
purpose of taking care of placement and training. The Placement
Officer is assisted by Staff Coordinators from various departments to
inform the students about the letters coming from companies.
In addition, there are Student Representatives from the final year PG
and UG classes, actively involve in planning the placement activities
and making the necessary arrangements for Campus Placement drives.
Regular classes for Career Skill Enhancement Programme is held to build their skills in Aptitude
Test, Communication Skills, General knowledge, Group Discussion etc. to
take the students succeed in the Campus Interviews.
The college conducts both on campus and off campus interviews to get
the students placed in the companies of their choice.Placement
Profiles of the final year students are
also prepared to be distributed to the prospective companies.
Resource Persons are called regularly to conduct Seminars and
Symposiums on Career Guidance Programme to
train the students in the interview skills. Some of the companies that
offered placement for our students are, Standard Charted Bank, Bangalore,
CITI Financials, Chennai, ICICI Prudential Chennai, KGISL, Coimbatore, WIPRO
Technologies, Bangalore, HSBC, GE Money,
Jet Airways, Air Sahara, Karvy Groups, TCS,
IBM, INFOSYS, Bangalore, Accenture, Convergys,
NIIT, HCL and Reliance, Bombay.
Efforts are made to tie up with major industries to place our students
automatically into their firms.
