Sequence Analysis is a computer-assisted examination
of characteristic fragments and annotation which
involves computational gene finding to search for
protein-coding genes, RNA genes and other functional
sequences. The focus of this workshop would be to
have an in-depth analysis of
ExPASy, the
proteomics server which provides handful of knowledge
on proteins at different levels. The participants
would add motivation to explore more of such servers
towards the end of the workshop.
