OVERVIEW
The Placements, both for job positions, and Summer Internships are an essential part of GRDAM yearly schedule of activities. The Department of Training and Placement is the foundation of any institute. All along GRDAM lays more prominent accentuation on modern preparation and viable preparation for MBA & MBA-IB students. The students are acquainted with modern practices through preparing in the organization workshops and production lines, establishment works, and so forth.
The Training and Placement Cell of the institution halfway handles the grounds situation of the MBA & MBA-IB students. The cell offers total help to the meeting organizations at each phase of the positioning process. Arrangements for pre-arrangement talks, composed tests, meetings, and group discussions are made according to the prerequisite of the visiting organizations. The institute is having exceptionally productive and significant relations with the different businesses so the management students are sure of their placements.

GRDAM has MoUs with several organizations and they provide regular placement opportunities for the bstudents. The strong alumni network of GRDAM has always been a pillar of support in providing the students with job opportunities at their respective fields. Some of the major companies that signed MoUs include ICICI Bank, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, ERP Roots, ICICI Securities, HDFC Bank, ICICI Prudential AMC, Ujjivan Small Finance Bank, Byju’s, Zoho, etc.
INTERNSHIP @ GRDAM
Internship is an excellent way to put theoretical knowledge into practice. By doing an internship, students gain experience, learn new skills, and add value to their personality. At GRDAM, every student is provided with internship opportunities based on their area of interest. GRDAM considers internship to play a significant role in attaining professionalism among students.
