Governing Council - G R DAMODARAN ACADEMY OF MANAGEMENT

The Academy is a unit of and managed by The GRD Trust, Kalaikathir Buildings, 963, Avanashi Road, Coimbatore - 641 037 which was established in 1979. It was registered under the Public Charitable Trusts Act by a Deed of Trust dated 14.11.1979, later replaced by an Amendment Deed registered on 1st September 1999 at the Coimbatore Sub Registrar's Office as Document Nos: 173 of 1999 and 1625 of 2004.

The ownership and management of the Academy vests with the Trust which exercises academic and administrative control through a duly constituted Governing Council of which the Principal/Director is the Secretary (Ex-officio).
