Students Grievance Redressal Cell .

Agenda:To review the grievances submitted by the students

The Chairman of the Committee, Dr.T.Santha convened the meeting and welcomed the members. The main focus of the meeting was to discuss and resolve student grievances.

Items Discussed:

• The parking issues in the parking lot has been addressed by posting extra security in the mornings, evening and during the break time.
• All the students must be informed that their vehicles should be parked in the allotted parking area specified separately for two wheelers and four wheelers.
• The maintenance staff were asked to ensure the cleanliness and the hygienic condition of the washrooms in the campus.
• The administrative officer is asked to ensure the proper working of the water coolers placed all over the campus
• The request of the sitting benches in the campus from the students have to be addressed.
• The students have requested for college transport facility on extra routes. Principal ensured it will be considered
• The hostel students requesting more time for utilising the gym and indoor stadium facilities is kept under consideration.
